Frozen Synapse by Mode 7 Games!
Frozen Synapse, developed by Mode 7 Games!, is a turn base indie strategy game that involves tactical, one-on-one combat. Turns are played out simultaneously and last no longer then five seconds. There is a refined list of units, each with different abilities and powers. For example, some units have stronger weapons but slower movement speed, but if used properly, each unit can be deadly.
This unit selection comes back to the heavy tactical element has been developed by Mode 7 Games! as part of the design. The player that will win the battle is the one who uses the proper units at the right time and can anticipate movements from their opponents. Each victory must be earned so the player feels good doing it.
