Developers SuperGiant Games developed one of the hit indie games of 2011 in Bastion, a role-playing action game with a heavy emphasis on storytelling and narration. Bastion has over 40 hand-painted settings, which are reminiscent of Braid, another acclaimed indie game. On January 2nd, 2012, Bastion 500K download milestone and to date, has accumulated over 60 awards.

Bastion is set in a world that just suffered a severe calamity that destroyed the world into pieces. As you begin to explore the world, its pieces begin to reappear to form a pathway. With an entire range of upgradeable weapons, you must battle enemies to help restore your world to its former glory.
